Rescheduling: Must be done 2 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. 

Appointment Day etiquette: I will wait 10 minutes past the start time of your appointment for you to join the Zoom meeting.

If you do not join within that time, your appointment will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
