Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 
Due to the nature of the products I sell, perishable goods (plants and flowers) & custom made to order products, I unfortunately cannot accept returns. Gift cards are also not refundable. 

I work really hard to sell quality products and I treat the plants that I sell like I treat my own plants, with love and attention. 

I also make all of the graphic products and would not sell anything that I personally would not buy myself. 

While I cannot offer refunds, I stand behind my products and want you to feel good about purchasing them so if you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at jaye@blackplantlovers.com
